In the 1980s, our story began.
Corner Street Donut Shop was founded under its original name with a simple goal: create a classic local donut shop where people could count on fresh products, friendly service, and a welcoming place to start the day.
From the beginning, the shop was rooted in the kind of everyday warmth that defined neighborhood coffee counters for generations. It became part of morning routines, after-school stops, weekend traditions, and the small moments that turn a business into a local fixture.
Over the years, we became a neighborhood staple.
Families stopped in after games and errands. Workers grabbed coffee before early shifts. Students came by before class. Longtime regulars lingered over refills and conversation at the counter.
What kept people coming back was more than coffee and donuts. It was the feeling of familiarity, consistency, and being welcomed through the door.
In 2015, we entered a new chapter.
As the neighborhood evolved, so did we. In 2015, the shop was rebranded to better reflect the broader community it had come to serve. The new name, Corner Street Donut Shop, marked a renewed focus on inclusivity, connection, and local identity.
The change wasn’t about leaving our roots behind. It was about growing into them more fully by honoring our history while building a brand centered on warmth, nostalgia, and community.
Today, we’re still here for the moments that matter.
Nearly 40 years after opening, Corner Street Donut Shop remains a trusted local stop for fresh donuts, quality coffee, and friendly service. We continue to grow by staying true to what built us in the first place: consistency, hospitality, and a real connection to the people we serve.
